Payitaht Abdulhamid Episode 118

In Episode 118 of Payitaht Abdulhamid Sultan Abdulhamid's reforms in Rumelia successfully thwart Hechler's broader plans to dismantle the Ottoman Empire. Realizing he cannot succeed while the Sultan is alive, Hechler hires a professional assassin, but Halil Halid intercepts the plot and informs Abdulhamid. Rather than arresting the assassin, Abdulhamid decides to use him against Hechler.
