Gulperi Episode 1

In the first episode of Gülperi the devoted mother Gülperi receives news that her husband, Eyüp, has died. Forced to live with her hostile, patriarchal in-laws, her life spirals into a nightmare. After fighting off an assault by her brother-in-law, she is wrongfully imprisoned, and her in-laws turn her children against her.
