Cennet Episode 35

In Cennet Episode 35, Cennet calls out to Selim and Orhan, and together they manage to save Arzu. However, Arzu goes to extreme lengths to ensure Cennet does not see her shoulder. This is because Arzu carries the exact same mark that Cennet has, which would immediately expose the truth about Cennet being her long-lost daughter.
