Professor Levent Hekimoğlu was once the brightest star in Istanbul’s surgical firmament — a genius with a scalpel and an ego to match. There, he works as a neighbourhood doctor, gruff and reclusive, while two young surgeons — idealistic and raw — are assigned to the same hospital and quickly discover his true identity. What begins as a reluctant mentorship becomes a journey of healing for all three: the young doctors learn that medicine is about more than procedures, and Levent is forced to confront the demons he fled.
