Overview
In a gritty Romani neighbourhood on the edge of Istanbul, a serial killer is hunting — and the victims are all connected to a single, powerful crime family that has controlled the district for decades. Kartal, a hardened police captain with a past as scarred as the streets he patrols, knows that the only way to stop the killer is to form an unholy alliance with Kılıç, the ruthless Gypsy crime boss who runs the neighbourhood with a code older than the law.
