Overview
Korkut Ali has spent his life as an outsider — raised in Germany by foster families who never truly loved him, he carries a bullet lodged in his brain from a shooting that gave him less than a year to live. With nothing to lose, he travels to Istanbul to find the birth parents who abandoned him, only to discover that his mother is a famous singer named Gönül, who has another son, Tolga, whom she raised in comfort and fame.
